The World Series Champion New York Yankees celebrated last night’s victory in grand fashion with bottles of the #1 rated Champagne in the world, Armand de Brignac.
After recording the final out of their clinching Game Six victory over the Philadelphia Phillies, the Yankees celebrated in their clubhouse with dozens of bottles of Armand de Brignac Brut Gold, Rosé, and Blanc de Blancs Champagne. Below, clockwise from top left are Alex Rodriguez, Joba Chamberlain with Phil Hughes, Melky Cabrera (both pictures at top left), manager Joe Girardi, Alex Rodriguez, Jorge Posada, World Series MVP Hideki Matsui, and in the middle image, C. C. Sabathia, A.J. Burnett, and Eric Hinske with the championship trophy.
As previously mentioned, the Yankees also celebrated their pennant victory with bottles of Armand de Brignac, and slugger Alex Rodriguez celebrated his 500th home run with a bottle. The World Series runners-up (and last year’s champions), the Philadelphia Phillies are confirmed lovers of Armand de Brignac as well – earlier this season, the Phillies honored their pitcher Jamie Moyer’s 250th win with customized bottles of Armand de Brignac’s Brut Gold.
Armand de Brignac continues to be the Champagne of choice for any celebration or memorable event – especially those played out on the world’s biggest stage.
