Tomato-based drinks abounded at New York’s Tomato festival. Cocktails include a Tomojito, made with Crop tomato vodka, basil and cherry tomatoes from the Double Decker Farm in Hillsdale, New York; and 
a Tomato-Melon Cooler, made with tomato water, watermelon juice and seltzer.
