Mixologist Dushan Zaric created this drink for Jean Georges Steakhouse at the W Hotel in Washington, D.C.
1¾ oz. Luksusowa Potato Vodka
1 oz. honey syrup
¾ oz. Les Vergers Boiron Fig Purée
½ oz. fresh squeezed lemon juice
1½ cups acacia honey
1 orange rind
1 vanilla bean
Honey syrup: Cut the vanilla bean in half and scrape out the insides. Add insides to three cups of water, acacia honey and orange rind. Mix together and use in cocktail.
