Created by Milagro brand ambassador Gaston Martinez, this drink was featured in June at a Mario Batali dinner at the Food & Wine Classic in Aspen.
½ oz. Lillet Blonde
1 oz. lemon juice
¾ oz. elderflower syrup
1 oz. mango purée
1 thin slice habanero chile pepper ¼ oz. egg whites
¼ oz. yuzu juice
1 slice mango for garnish
Lightly muddle pepper. Pour all ingredients in mixing glass and shake well with ice. Strain and pour into chilled Martini glass. Garnish with a mango slice.
