Mixologist Tony Abou-Ganim created this cocktail while on Iron Chef America with Mario Batali. He menus it at Inoteca & Liquiri Bar in New York City.
1½ oz. Belvedere Pomarancza Orange Vodka½ oz. Aperol Aperitivo½ oz. St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur1 oz. fresh mango purée ½ oz. fresh lime juiceBurnt orange twist for garnish
Add all ingredients and shake with ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail saucer and garnish with a burnt orange twist.

1½ oz. Belvedere Pomarancza Orange Vodka
½ oz. Aperol Aperitivo
½ oz. St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur
1 oz. fresh mango purée
½ oz. fresh lime juice
Burnt orange twist for garnish


Add all ingredients and shake with ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail saucer and garnish with a burnt orange twist.
