1 oz. Players Extreme Caramel Infused Vodka
1/2 oz. chocolate liqueur
1/2 oz. Frangelico
Mix all, strain into a Martini glass. Drizzle with chocolate sauce.

1 1/2 oz. Bombay Sapphire Gin
1/2 oz. fresh apple juice
1/4 oz. light cream
Muddle date and fig with Bombay Sapphire in the bottom of shaker. Add apple juice and light cream. Shake vigorously with ice, strain into a chilled Martini glass.
Winter Toffee Cocoa

8 oz. hot cocoa
1/2 oz. Monin Toffee Nut
1/2 oz. Monin Caramel
Stir syrups into hot cocoa. Top with whipped cream, garnish with chopped nuts.

1 oz. Three Olives Vanilla Vodka
1 oz. half & half

1 1/2 oz. Ciroc Vodka
1 oz. Midori
2 oz. fresh orange juice
Splash grenadine
Combine all, pour into a Martini glass. Garnish with fresh melon balls.
Gingerbread Martini
This one from Boru Vodka combines orange and gingerbread flavors.
2 1/2 oz. Boru Orange Vodka
1 oz. Monin Gingerbread
In mixing glass, add and shake vigorously the vodka and syrup. Rim Martini glass with some warmed syrup, then dip in sugar-in-the-raw/graham cracker crumb mixture. Strain drink into glass.

1 1/4 parts Jose Cuervo Tradicional Tequila
1/2 part triple sec
1/4 part raspberry liqueur
2 1/2 parts sweet and sour
2 parts cranberry juice
Pour all ingredients into a shaker cup filled with ice. Shake, strain and serve in a Martini glass rimmed with red salt.
