High Tea
1 1/2 oz. Bombay Gin infused with Earl Grey tea leaves and cardamom
3/4 oz. Simple syrup
1/2 oz. Fresh lemon juice
Combine all ingredients in tin and shake vigorously. Pour in a cardamon-brown sugar rimmed Martini glass and garnish with a lemon twist.
