1 ½ oz. Tanqueray London Dry gin
¾ oz. Earl Grey tea-infused honey
½ oz. Fresh lemon juice
4-5 Fresh blackberries
4-5 Mint leaves
Add honey, lemon juice and berries to shaker tin and muddle. Add gin, shake with ice and double strain into glass. Add expressed mint leaves, top with rocks and soda to fill glass. Garnish with lemon wheel.
