1 ½ oz. Glendronach 12 yr. Scotch whisky
1 oz. Lemon juice
¾ oz. Simple syrup
½ oz. Cynar
1 Egg white
¼ oz. Ruby port
Combine ingredients, except port, in a mixing tin and dry shake. Add ice and hard shake for 20 additional seconds. Double strain into a coupe glass. Using a dropper or back of a bar spoon, add port to float on top of the egg white.
