½ oz. Lemon juice
¾ oz. Passionfruit juice
¾ oz. Agave nectar
¾ oz. Aquafaba (chickpea liquid)
½ oz. Soy milk
Shake hard for 12 seconds. Double strain in frosted cocktail glass. Sprinkle shaved nutmeg and garnish with rose petal.
