Ruby Soho

1 ½ oz. Bacardi rum
¾ oz. Watermelon puree
¾ oz. Lime juice
¾ oz. Simple syrup
Splash of club soda and sprite

Combine rum, watermelon puree, lime juice and simple syrup in mixing tin with ice. Shake and strain into glass of fresh ice, add splash of club soda and sprite and garnish with watermelon slice and mint.
