High Tea

1 ½ oz. Bombay Gin infused with Earl Grey tea leaves and cardamom
¾ oz. Simple syrup 
½ oz. Fresh lemon juice 

Combine all ingredients in tin and shake vigorously. Pour in a cardamon-brown sugar rimmed Martini glass and garnish with a lemon twist.
