Summer Solstice

1 ½ oz. Rémy Martin 1738 Cognac
¾ oz. Fresh lemon juice
¾ oz. Strawberry syrup
1-2 oz. Chilled sparkling wine

Shake the Cognac, lemon juice, and strawberry syrup with ice. Strain into a cocktail glass. Top with sparkling wine.
