2 oz. Light rum
½ oz. Blue Curacao
2 oz. Pineapple juice
3 oz. Mr. and Mrs. T’s piña colada mix
Add scoop of crushed ice to the blender. Add rum, pineapple juice, piña colada mix and blend. Swirl blue curacao around glass. Pour piña colada into glass leaving the swirl. Top with whipped cream and garnish with a strawberry and pineapple slice.
