Scrub Sour

2 oz. Banyuls Rimage 
dessert wine
1 oz. Square One Botanical Spirit
½ oz. Lemon juice
½ oz. Simple syrup
¾ oz. Egg white

Place all ingredients in a mixing glass, fill with ice, shake well to ensure great froth (dry shake first if preferred), double strain up into a cocktail glass or Irish Coffee glass.
