The first time I ever had a traditional Moscow Mule was five years ago here at Yamashiro, and I was instantly hooked to the refreshing and lively flavors. By replacing vodka with our premium Hiro Blue sake, we create added body and character to this revitalizing beverage. The versatility of this cocktail is truly its best quality, making it an all-weather beverage. We’ll be coming up with new Mules for our guests over the seasons. There’s “oh so mule” you can do!

The Tokyo Mule
1 ¾ oz. Hiro Blue sake
4 oz. Homemade ginger beer (can also use premium store bought)
Squeeze of two fresh lime wedges

Combine ingredients and and serve over ice in a copper mug.
