Pinot Plum Passion

3 oz. Mark West pinot noir
1 Ripe plum, sliced
2 oz. Gin
2 oz. Club soda
2 Basil leaves

In a cocktail shaker, muddle two slices of plum and basil leaves, then add pinot noir, gin and club soda. Shake and strain into a glass over ice.
