Everybody likes a little sparkle on New Year’s Eve. Here are seven sparkling cocktail ideas.
1 ¼ oz. Prairie Organic vodka
¾ oz. Peach liqueur
2 oz. White cranberry juice
1 ½ oz. Champagne
Place spoonful of pomegranate seeds in a chilled Martini glass. In a cocktail shaker, combine the vodka, peach liqueur, and white cranberry juice with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into chilled martini glass. Top with Champagne and serve.

2 parts Facundo Neo rum
¾ part Lillet Blanc
¾ part Fresh-squeezed clementine juice
¼ part Benedictine
Martini Rossi prosecco
In a mixing glass, stir all ingredients except prosecco until very cold. Pour into Champagne flute and top with prosecco. Garnish with gold leaf.

½ oz. St. Germaine elderflower liqueur
½ oz. Fresh lemon juice
