The White Negroni

1 oz. White wine (Preferably chardonnay or something with some body)
1 oz. Gancia Americano aperitvo
1 oz. Contratto Rosso vermouth
1 dash Orange bitters
1 dash Angostura bitters

Combine ingredients and stir. Serve over rocks and garnish with an orange peel.
