1 ½ oz. Belvedere Pink Grapefruit vodka
¾ oz. Domain de Canton ginger liqueur
¼ oz. Lemon juice
¼ oz. Simple syrup
Champagne
Combine ingredients except Champagne in tin and shake. Strain over wine glass of fresh ice and top with Champagne. Garnish with grapefruit shavings.
