Indie Darling

1 ½ oz. Pisco
½ oz. Fresh lemon juice
½ oz. Raspberry gomme syrup
1 dash Pernod absinthe
2 dashes Angostura bitters
2 oz. Dry sparkling wine

Combine ingredients except sparkling wine and shake with ice. Strain into flute and top with sparkling wine.
