1 3/4 oz. DonQ Cristal rum
1/2 oz. Grand Marnier liqueur
½ oz. grade A maple syrup
¾ oz. fresh lime juice
Whites of 1 egg
1 dash Angostura bitters
In cocktail shaker, add all ingredients; egg whites last. Vigorously shake without ice. Add ice and vigorously shake again. Double strain into a tall cocktail glass. Add a dash of Angostura bitters.
